Melbourne Grand Prix Qualifying 2015The two Torro Rosso rookies Carlos Sainz Jnr and Max Verstappen really impressed qualifying in 8th and 12th place. Red Bull managed to pull off some decent times after all the engine problems finishing in 7th and 13th place.

Both McLarens went out in Q1 and will start last. When you bear in mind there is about a second’s difference between the soft and medium tyre, McLaren are about four seconds off the pace.

Manor have confirmed they will not be taking part in tomorrow’s race after pulling out of qualifying.
